About the Role
Mybarber is seeking an experienced and professional Luxury Mobile Barber Truck Manager** to oversee and operate a premium mobile barber service serving Jackson, New Jersey and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced barber with a **valid New Jersey barber license**, strong barbering skills, and the professionalism required to serve luxury and premium clientele.
## Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operation of the Mybarber luxury mobile barber truck
* Drive and operate the mobile truck throughout Jackson and surrounding areas
* Provide high-quality professional barbering services
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience to premium and luxury clients
* Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming environment
* Manage appointments and day-to-day customer service
* Keep the truck, equipment, and workspace clean, organized, and well maintained
* Represent the Mybarber brand professionally when interacting with clients
* Maintain consistent service quality and professional standards
* Handle daily responsibilities independently and reliably
## Requirements
* Valid New Jersey barber license
* Strong professional barbering experience
* Excellent barbering and grooming skills
* Professional, polished, and reliable presentation
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Comfortable working with premium/luxury clientele
* Comfortable driving and managing a mobile barber operation
* Strong organization and time-management skills
* Calm, dependable, and professional personality
* Must be based in or able to work in Jackson, NJ and surrounding areas
## Compensation
**$55,000–$65,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications.
