We’re looking for a Chef de Partie who wants to be part of something exciting.
At Central Oven & Shaker, we’re all about great food, great drinks and, most importantly, creating a place where people genuinely want to be. We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and play a key part in delivering the food our guests love.
This isn’t a kitchen where you’ll be stuck on the same section, cooking the same dishes day after day. You’ll be part of a busy, energetic team where quality matters, ideas are encouraged and there’s plenty of opportunity to develop your skills.
What you’ll be doing
- Taking responsibility for your section and making sure it runs smoothly
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
- Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
- Keeping your section organised, clean and fully stocked
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Helping the team deliver a brilliant service, even when things get busy
- Supporting and developing junior members of the kitchen team
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about food, takes pride in what they do and enjoys being part of a team.
You’ll ideally have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role, but attitude is just as important as experience. If you’re reliable, ambitious, hardworking and want to keep improving, we want to hear from you.
