Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct smart repairs on vehicles, including minor bodywork, paint touch-ups and bumper repairs with precision and care
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs according to technical specifications
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify damage areas and determine appropriate repair procedures
- Prepare work areas, assemble necessary materials, and ensure all safety protocols are followed during repairs
- Perform lifting tasks safely when handling vehicle parts or equipment to facilitate repairs
- Maintain detailed records of repair processes, parts used, and time spent on each job for quality control and reporting purposes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair jobs while adhering to quality standards
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand vehicle structures and repair techniques
- Experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, sanders, and paint applicators
- Proficiency with power tools required for various repair tasks
- Ability to perform lifting safely when handling vehicle components or equipment
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Prior experience in automotive or vehicle smart repair is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: £33,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
