We are seeking a motivated and skilled carpenters to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of hands-on tasks that require mechanical aptitude, technical proficiency, and physical stamina. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and safety of our projects, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and effectively to complete construction and maintenance tasks
- Perform welding and masonry work with precision, adhering to safety protocols and project specifications
- Conduct carpentry and roofing activities, including framing, shingling, and repair work
- Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to support project timelines and safety standards
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
- Drive commercial vehicles as needed for transporting materials or equipment between sites
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations during all phases of work
Experience
- Proven experience in welding, carpentry, roofing, masonry or related trades preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques required
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment problems
- Prior experience in commercial driving or operating construction machinery is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction, roofing, masonry, and heavy equipment operation
