Responsibilities
- Apply Gel X nails with precision, ensuring a flawless finish that meets client expectations
- Assist clients in selecting colours and designs suitable for festivals and special events
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients professionally and courteously
- Communicate effectively to understand client preferences and offer personalised recommendations
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in festival nail art and gel application techniques
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and operational flow
Qualifications
- Proven experience or training in gel nail application, particularly Gel X techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of makeup application is advantageous but not essential
- Organised, detail-oriented, with a keen eye for colour coordination and design aesthetics
- Ability to work well within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
