Overview
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Tyre Fitter to join our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining tyres on a variety of vehicles. The ideal candidate is someone who has a good mechanical understanding and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Remove and replace tyres efficiently using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper fitment and safety standards.
- Conduct tyre inspections to identify damage or wear, advising customers on necessary repairs or replacements.
- Perform wheel balancing and alignment tasks to optimize vehicle performance and safety.
- Assist with general vehicle maintenance tasks as needed, including checking tyre pressure and tread depth.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Support the team during busy periods by helping with heavy lifting and manual handling of tyres and wheels.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service by explaining services performed and answering customer questions clearly.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Every other Saturday 8am - 1pm
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
