Schools Consultant - Studybugs
Home-based, working across UK schools and local authorities
Full-time
Closing Date: 17 Aug 2026
About This Role
Studybugs provides a unique platform for children’s health, welfare and school attendance, used by schools, academy trusts, local authorities, police forces, public health organisations, parents and children across the UK.
Studybugs is looking for new motivated, energetic team members to join our burgeoning consulting team, responsible for schools and local authorities across the UK. With school absenteeism at an all-time high, we need your help to keep up with demand.
Our consultants are key to building trusting relationships with schools and local authorities – meeting and speaking with staff, learning about their challenges, gathering feedback and ideas, and helping shape our products around their needs for maximum impact.
Your responsibilities will include advising schools and local authorities on attendance improvement, engaging decision makers, conducting meetings online (and occasionally in person), demonstrating the platform, gathering feedback and securing sales. You will also work closely with the product, marketing and support teams to keep our products aligned with our customers needs.
You don’t need any prior sales experience; ideally, you’ll have experience working in schools or local authorities. Our close-knit team will give you all the support you need and there’s ample scope to exceed your targets. Full training will be provided and there’s also opportunity for the role to grow with the company as our team expands.
We strive to be a diverse and supportive company, with an inclusive approach where we share ideas and learn from each other. We all work remotely, communicate closely online, and meet up regularly for social events.
