We’re looking for a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to join our cross-functional mobile product team. You’ll work on a modern, scalable stack with a strong emphasis on delivery optimization, mobile ecosystem integration, and data-driven execution.
Project Overview
You will drive the day-to-day execution of a high-impact mobile platform, bridging the gap between complex product requirements and technical delivery. Your work ensures the seamless integration of front-end mobile features with robust back-end data pipelines.
About the Role
As a Senior Agile Delivery Lead, you will protect and empower a multi-disciplinary squad of iOS, Android, and Data Engineers. You will partner with Product Managers to refine backlogs, manage dependencies, and maintain a high-velocity release cadence within a remote-first environment.

What You’ll Do
- Facilitate high-efficiency agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives for a cross-functional squad.
- Optimize delivery workflows by managing advanced configurations in Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO) to ensure absolute transparency.
- Translate product requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring all tasks meet a strict Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
- Proactively map and resolve dependencies between mobile front-end development and back-end data pipelines.
- Shield the team from external distractions while unblocking technical bottlenecks related to API contracts or environment issues.
- Coordinate complex mobile release cycles across TestFlight and Google Play Console to ensure predictable deployment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in a professional software development environment.
- Deep familiarity with the mobile ecosystem, including iOS/Android release cycles and store submission workflows.
- Proven experience working with Data Engineering teams and understanding how data pipelines integrate with front-end applications.
- Advanced administrative mastery of Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Ability to overlap with US working hours (minimum 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM CET).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical roadblocks for non-technical stakeholders.
