We are looking to recruit a car mechanic to join our family-run team in Eye, Suffolk. Duties will include servicing and repairing a wide range vehicles.
This will be a full time position working from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday and 8am-12noon Saturdays. There may be some flexibility depending upon circumstances if discussed prior to work commencement.
Key responsibilities:
- Carrying out servicing, inspections and necessary repairs to a high standard
- Diagnosing faults
- Completing relevant vehicle documentation
Qualifications and experience needed:
- Fully or partly qualified in car mechanics and/or highly experienced (essential)
- Full and valid UK driving licence (essential)
- Class 1 or 2 licence (desirable but not essential)
Skills needed:
- Good understanding of all vehicle makes and models
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing old and modern vehicles
- Organised and methodical in all work carried out
- Able to work to timescales

Hourly rate to be discussed and will depend upon experience and qualifications
