About the Role
Charles White (NI) Limited is seeking a reliable and highly organised Temporary Accounts
Administrator to provide practical administrative support to our Accounts and Property Management
teams. The successful candidate will assist with invoice processing, contractor queries, client
communication, data entry and accurate record maintenance within the Company's ERP system.
This role would suit someone with strong attention to detail, a professional telephone manner and
previous experience in an administrative, accounts support or customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Input invoice information accurately into the Company's ERP system.
- Respond to contractor enquiries by telephone and email, including routine invoice and account queries.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Account Managers and the wider team.
- Assist with incoming client and resident telephone calls in a professional and helpful manner.
- Process client information accurately and confidentially.
- Carry out general data entry, database maintenance, scanning, filing and document management duties.
- Escalate more complex contractor, client or accounts matters to the appropriate team member.
- Support the efficient operation of the Accounts and Property Management functions as required.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in an administrative, accounts administration, customer service or office support role.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when processing information.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Professional telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
- Ability to organise workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy office environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, professional and able to maintain confidentiality.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience using an ERP, finance, accounting or property management system.
- Previous experience processing invoices or supporting an accounts function.
- Experience within property management, housing, facilities management, construction or a related sector.
- Knowledge of residential property management administration.
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
