Production Supervisor
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Job Type: Full Time
Limewash.com is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our warehouse and paint production team. You'll oversee daily production, maintain quality standards and ensure orders are dispatched on time.
Full training will be provided. Experience in a production environment, manufacturing facility or commercial kitchen would be ideal.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily production team
- Plan and prioritise production
- Maintain quality control
- Manage stock and warehouse operations
- Support and train team members
- Ensure health and safety standards are met
Requirements
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in production, manufacturing or commercial kitchens is preferred
- Reliable, organised and punctual
- Lives within 30 minutes of Marden (TN12)
- Right to work in the UK
- No unspent criminal convictions
