R J Hawkins is expanding, and we are looking for reliable, hardworking Truck Wash Operatives to join our team at our brand-new truck wash facility in Magna Park, Lutterworth.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for cleaning commercial vehicles to a high standard, helping our customers keep their fleets looking professional and road-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning HGVs, trailers, vans, and other commercial vehicles
- Carrying out exterior vehicle washes
- Assisting with cab cleans and trailer cleaning where required
- Using pressure washing equipment safely and effectively
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Keeping the wash site clean, organised, and ready for customers
- Working as part of a team to ensure vehicles are completed efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous vehicle cleaning or truck wash experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided
