We are looking for a new nurse to join our wonderful team. The position is a full time days position however, the right applicant must also have flexibility to cover nights on the odd occasion if required.
We are looking for a qualified nurse with experience in elder care, a positive attitude and the knowledge and skills to provide excellent care to our residents.
The right candidate must be able to have the following skills:
- To demonstrate clinical skills in care delivery
- To be able to deliver care in a safe manner, which safeguards the clients and complies with the Home’s policies and procedures at all times
- Promote and encourage good lines of communication at all times
- To be punctual and arrive suitably presented ready for your shift
- To understand, support and actively promote the ongoing maintenance of resident's independence, dignity and self respect without fail
- To be able to complete all written records as required
- To willingly undertake training of a mandatory nature, or in order to promote personal development
Experience required for the position:
- To have experience working within a nursing environment and using the skills and qualifications required for this post
Qualifications required:
- Valid NMC pin
- To attend any mandatory training when instructed to do so
