We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Part-time Sales Assistant's to join our busy home furnishings store. Our store offers a wide range of household furniture, flooring beds, carpets and home furnishings.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries with clarity and confidence
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques
- Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems while ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed promptly during busy periods
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from customers
Skills
- Excellent customer service

- Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing product displays
- Organizational skills to manage stock levels, display setups, and store cleanliness

Pay: £13.50 per hour
