Key Requirements
- 4+ Years experience within the industry
- Strong communication skills. Both written and oral.
- Driving licence.
Core Knowledge
- Conventional & Addressable Fire Alarm Systems (Service Knowledge as a minimum)
- Evacuation Alert Systems (Service Knowledge Desirable)
- Fire Extinguishers (Service Knowledge Advantageous)
- Emergency Lighting (Service Knowledge as a minimum)
- Automatic Opening Vents (Service Knowledge as a minimum)
Sites you will be Visiting
Primarily our customers within the area are Housing Associations and the Education Sector
The core services you will be providing to the customer are Fire and Life Safety Systems Maintenance, Reactive Call-Outs and Remedial Works at the time of the Service Visit.
Working Conditions
The successful applicant will be working remotely from our office in Preston, however our experience is as such that we have processes setup to make the process seamless.
You would be expected to join our Call-Out Rota and be part of a team On Call (Currently) 1 week in every 15 weeks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
