We're recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established Facilities Management business, covering commercial sites across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region.
The role offers a predominantly local patch, giving you the opportunity to spend less time travelling long distances and more time working within your local area.

The Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites throughout Leeds and Yorkshire.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive maintenance and breakdowns
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Servicing and repairing air conditioning systems
- Remedial works
- Completing service reports and compliance documentation
- Building strong relationships with customers and site teams
- Participating in the standby rota
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong commercial background.
You'll ideally have experience working on:
- VRV / VRF Systems
- Split Systems
- Multi-Split Systems
- Cassette Units
- AHUs
- FCUs
- DX Systems
Essential
- F-Gas Category 1
- Commercial Air Conditioning experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
Additional qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3, IPAF or PASMA would be advantageous.
