Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily aftersales and customer-service activities
- Coordinate customer enquiries, bookings, and service requests
- Monitor service workloads and operational priorities
- Support employees with customer and administrative issues
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle-service records
- Monitor customer satisfaction and response times
- Resolve routine complaints and service concerns
- Coordinate with workshop, sales, administration, and operational teams
- Monitor outstanding work and customer follow-ups
- Prepare aftersales reports and performance summaries
- Maintain service procedures and customer communication standards
- Support warranty and service-document administration
- Review customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist with team training and performance development
- Maintain appropriate handling of customer information
- Support customer-retention and service-improvement activities
- Monitor key service-performance indicators
- Ensure established company procedures are followed
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Three or more years of experience in automotive aftersales, vehicle servicing, customer operations, dealership administration, or a related field
- Experience coordinating customer-service or operational workflows
- Previous responsibility for supporting or supervising team members
- Experience resolving customer concerns and maintaining service standards
- Automotive or dealership experience is preferred

Education

Pay: £42,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
