Associate Dentist – Aligner Clinic (Day Rate)
Location: Aura Dental Clinic, Billingham
Position: Associate Dentist
Commitment: Initially 1 day per week, with the opportunity to increase as demand grows.
Remuneration: Fixed day rate - discussed in person and dependant on your skillset and experience.
About the Role
Aura Dental Clinic is looking for an Associate Dentist to join our dedicated Aligner Clinic.
This is a clinical role focused purely on clear aligner treatment. Patients are already committed to treatment before they attend your clinic, so there is no requirement to sell treatment or generate your own patient base. Our marketing and patient journey teams are responsible for keeping your diary full.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients for clear aligner treatment.
- Prescribe aligner treatment where appropriate.
- Fit attachments and carry out IPR where required.
- Review patients throughout treatment.
- Remove attachments and complete debond appointments.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
Our experienced nursing team will complete the intraoral scans and OPGs before your appointments, allowing you to focus on the clinical aspects of treatment.

About You
We’re looking for a dentist who:
- Has experience with clear aligner treatment (preferred).
- Is confident carrying out attachment placement, IPR and aligner reviews.
- Provides excellent patient care.
- Holds current GDC registration and appropriate indemnity.
