Due to a continued upturn in business and increasing customer demand, Davidson's Animal Feeds is looking to recruit professional HGV Bulk Blower Drivers (Class 1 & Class 2) to join our expanding transport team.

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering bulk animal feed safely and efficiently to farms throughout the region using specialist bulk blower vehicles.
Your duties will include:
- Safe delivery of bulk animal feed to farms.
- Operating bulk blower discharge equipment (full training provided if required).
- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.
- Ensuring compliance with Drivers' Hours, Working Time Directive and Road Transport legislation.
- Maintaining accurate delivery documentation and digital records.
- Providing excellent customer service while representing Davidson's Animal Feeds.
- Maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness and professionalism.
- Following Health & Safety, Biosecurity and Feed Assurance procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Class 1 (Category C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) licence with minimum 2 years experience
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good geographical knowledge and safe driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Bulk blower experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pre-Employment Requirements
Employment with Davidson's Animal Feeds is subject to:
- Satisfactory completion of a pre-employment interview and if successful a driving assessment will be arranged and conducted
- Verification of a valid UK Category C+E driving licence, Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Satisfactory references, where required.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test. Any applicant who fails or refuses to undertake the test will not be offered employment.
Location – Based from Shotts, North Lanarkshire
Salary – Dependent on experience but very competitive
Schedule – Normal working week Monday – Friday, with 1 Saturday in 6 if required, with a day off through the week if Saturday worked.
