What you'll be doing
No two days are ever the same. Your role may include:
- Supporting people with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
- Preparing meals and drinks.
- Prompting or assisting with medication.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Helping with light household tasks.
- Supporting people with shopping or appointments.
- Assisting with mobility around the home.
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns.
Sometimes the most important part of your visit is simply being there to listen and brighten someone's day.
Who we're looking for

Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential—we'll provide full paid training and ongoing support.
Shift Pattern
Our service operates between 6:30am and 10:30pm, with a few of shifts available
(6:30am-2:30pm/2:30pm-10:30pm/Weekends only).
You'll work every other weekend, helping us provide continuity of care while maintaining a fair work-life balance across the team.
Essential Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Good spoken and written English.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is an advantage but not essential.
