Job Summary
Full & Part Time Options. Shift approx 5pm-10pm 3-5 nights
We are looking for someone enthusiastic and professional to join our growing team. Particularly we are after someone with bar experience to help us serve hand selected wines, Cornish beers and a small range of cocktails. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic and friendly setting.
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment.
- Comfort using digital apps and smart bar technology.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of standard recipes and mixology.
Responsibilities
- stock management
- keeping bar area clean
- able to produce cocktails to our expected standard
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Experience with food preparation or barista duties is a plus
- A professional attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
