About us
Best City Rooms provides clean, safe and affordable rooms for working professionals and students in Leicester, in fully furnished house shares with shared kitchens, dining spaces and bathrooms. We are a family-run business, and you will be part of a friendly, supportive team.
As Property Manager, you will make sure move-ins and move-outs run smoothly, our houses stay safe, compliant and clean, and our tenants enjoy a remarkable experience. A key part of your role will be marketing our rooms, presenting them at their best, letting them quickly from qualified enquiries and maintaining high occupancy across the portfolio.
This is a permanent role for someone who is keen to take responsibility, works autonomously, stays motivated and can comfortably juggle multiple tasks. You will need your own transport, as you will be visiting properties across Leicester.
About you
- You are friendly and professional.
- You are organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail.
- You are comfortable working with our checklists, processes and operations manuals to keep our HMOs running smoothly.
- You communicate clearly and confidently with tenants, contractors and colleagues.
- You take ownership, solve problems proactively and can be relied on to do what you say you will do.
- You are based in Leicestershire, hold a clean driving licence and have your own car.
- You are available to work 32 hours per week, including 2–6pm on four weekdays.
