Night Guest Assistant
Full Time, 32 hours per week, (22:30-07:00
£12.21 per hour
Ramada Solihull is in the town centre and near the Touchwood shopping centre. The hotel grounds are home to one of the oldest bowling greens in the UK, having 146 bedrooms, 150+ car park, 100-seater restaurant and 6 Conference & Event rooms with a maximum capacity of 200.
As Night Guest Assistant you will Interact with our guests and play a key part in the customer’s journey. Customer service must be the forefront of all that we do to ensure that our guests’ journey is an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. You will be required to look after the late residents who require light snacks and beverages and also be able to set our conference rooms to a High standard, be able to be versatile in your role when it comes to looking after and exceeding our Guest Expectations.
· Reception desk, check in, check out, telephone operator.
· Pubic Area Cleaning
· Setup of conference rooms and help with set up for breakfast
Previous Hotel porter experience would be an advantage
MUST BE OVER 18YEARS TO WORK NIGHT SHIFT
Skills Required
· Previous experience working in hotel or Conference centre would be an advantage,
· Passionate about Customer Service and service recovery
· Be a good communicator at all levels.
· Professional, Friendly and an outgoing personality.
· Working with Opera PMS with be advantageous, but not essential.
