Sign Build Ltd is a rapidly growing Company specialising in Housing Signage. Due to an increase in orders we are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Administrator with experience of Signage artwork to join our team. You need a positive attitude and be flexible in your approach to work.
You will be the public face of our company and would be expected to reflect our high standards and attention to detail at all times.
This is an exciting opportunity to join us in a key role, ensuring all installations are completed accurately whilst adhering to our quality and service standards.
The position is based in Preston. There is no remote work available fore this post. Candidate must be willing to commute dailly
Key Responsibilities
- Create and prepare artwork for panel and post signs, Tray signs and Various others signage.
- Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to produce print-ready files
- Set up artwork to correct sizes, colours, and specifications
- Work from client briefs, drawings, or concepts. Keeping to strong brand values for several Clients
- Liaise with production staff to ensure accurate output
- Make revisions and updates as required
- Taking Calls from customers and suppliers
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Sign artwork / signage design ( Panel & Post)
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, )
- Understanding of large-format print, layouts, plotter files and colour settings would be an advantage.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Likes a challenge as we also create bespoke signs and systems occasionally so a proactive and positive mindset is a must
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with panel & post signage systems
- Knowledge of CNC / vinyl / print production processes
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
