Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Window, Door & Conservatory Installer to join our employed, full-time team. You will be responsible for installing—and when needed, training—our installation crew to maintain high standards on every job.
Key Responsibilities
- Fit and, where required, remove PVCu, aluminium and timber windows, external doors, bifold and sliding doors, and conservatories
- Apply sealants, scribe and fit trims, and complete all finishing touches to a high standard
- Ensure every installation meets our company’s benchmarks for durability, weatherproofing and appearance
- Greet homeowners courteously, explain work steps clearly and leave each property clean and tidy
- Mentor and support less-experienced installers, sharing carpentry techniques and best practices

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years in window, door or conservatory installation (or equivalent carpentry role)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Clear, respectful communication with customers and colleagues
- Reliable, punctual and able to organise your own workload
- Live within 20 miles of GU1 (Guildford)
- Full UK or EU driving licence
- Own basic tools (we’ll supply any additional tools you need)
