I am recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join their team, working on a hands-on industrial installation project. This is a great opportunity for a skilled fitter who enjoys practical site-based work and wants to be involved in the installation of high and low-pressure compressed air systems.
As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be working on days, with shifts running between 07:30 and 17:30, carrying out mechanical installation work to the required standards.
The successful Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for:
- Installing high-pressure compressed air pipework
- Installing low-pressure compressed air pipework
- Carrying out practical mechanical fitting and installation duties
- Working safely while operating access equipment where required
- Ensuring installation work is completed to the required standards
For this Mechanical Fitter position, you will need:
- A valid CSCS card
- A valid IPAF licence covering 3a and 3b
- Experience using scissor lifts and mobile boom equipment
- Relevant mechanical fitting and pipework installation experience
- The ability to work safely and effectively within a site environment
This Mechanical Fitter opportunity offers:
