Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. Responsibilities
- Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in Domestic settings.
- Diagnose electrical faults using specialised testing equipment and implement effective solutions.
- Completing EICR’s.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical installations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Keep detailed records of work performed for compliance and future reference.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
Experience
- 18th Edition
- 2391 - Inspection and Testing
- Proven experience as an Electrician within a Domestic setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety standards.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics effectively.
- Relevant qualifications such as a recognised Electrical Installation or Wiring Licence are highly desirable.
