We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Construction Worker to join our team, working across a wide range of residential and commercial construction projects.
The ideal candidate will be confident working independently as well as part of a team and have good practical experience across several trades.
Main Duties
- Loft conversions, including structural alterations, timber work and general carpentry
- House extensions and general building works
- Roofing, including pitched and flat roofing, felt systems, tiles, slates, leadwork, fascias and guttering
- First and second-fix carpentry
- Stud walls, insulation, plasterboarding and general making good
- Basic brickwork and blockwork
- Landscaping and groundworks
- Patios, paving, fencing and decking
- General property refurbishment and maintenance
- Demolition and preparation works
- Working from drawings and specifications
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised site
Requirements
Applicants should have good all-round construction experience rather than being limited to one trade.
You should be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hard-working with a good attitude
- Able to work to a high standard
- Comfortable working unsupervised when required
- Experienced with power and hand tools
- Health and safety conscious
- Able to problem-solve on site
- Capable of working across different trades and projects

Driving licence preferred.
Own tools and transport would be an advantage.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is capable of completing jobs properly from start to finish.
Pay: £25,420.00-£60,000.00 per year
