Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to lead the organization and administration of contractual agreements across various projects. Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of contracts including service agreements, procurement contracts, and partnership arrangements.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate closely with legal teams, project managers, procurement teams, and stakeholders to clarify contract terms and resolve issues proactively.
- Monitor contract performance to guarantee deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all contractual documents and related correspondence for audit readiness and future reference.
- Identify potential risks within contractual terms and develop strategies to mitigate exposure.
- Provide guidance on contractual obligations and best practices to internal teams to promote consistency and compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in contract management or legal roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with organizational prowess to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for clear articulation of complex contractual concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in contract management software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) are a plus.
