Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure the well-being of our patients in a professional and caring environment.
Duties
- Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications
- Assess patient conditions and maintain accurate records of medical histories and treatments.
- Create and review person-centred care plans
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control procedures and health & safety standards.
- Oversee the team of health care support workers
Skills
- Proven experience in patient care within a nursing home setting
- Proficiency in medication administration, including injections IM and SC, and oral medications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Organised with attention to detail for accurate record keeping and documentation.
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to providing empathetic patient support.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of care. This position is ideal for a motivated nursing professional committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services in a supportive environment.
Pay: £20.50 per hour
