As part of the team you will play a crucial role, demonstrating your expertise across various techniques to offer our clients a wide range of services. Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain a clean and organised work station, ensuring all tools and products are properly sanitised.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Assist with front desk duties when necessary, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Mentor junior stylists, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their development.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere that promotes excellent customer service from the start of the client journey to the finish.
Requirements
- Proven experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Experience in barbering is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanour.
- A self motivated team player.

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

- stylist: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (required)
