Key Responsibilities –
· Set up and operate a wide web CI Flexographic printing press.
· Ensure the highest standards of print quality and consistency.
· Conduct routine press checks and report any maintenance requirements.
· Manage ink formulations to match colour standards.
· Colour consistency and registration throughout the print run.
· Clean and maintain the press, anilox rollers, and related equipment.
· Troubleshoot press issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments.
· Work collaboratively with planning, production and technical teams.
· Follow health & safety and company procedures.
What We're Looking For -
· Previous experience in running a wide web CI Flexographic press is essential.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Flexibility to work shift patterns as required.
THIS ROLE IS BASED ON A TREBLE SHIFT ROTA AND YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTSHIFT.
Pay: From £17.70 per hour
