Nursery Practitioner - Redcar
Empowering Learning are working in partnership with private day nurseries in the Redcar area and are looking to recruit passionate and experienced Nursery Practitioners to join their teams.

The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support children in their learning and development, helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
You will be responsible for:

Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.

Planning and participating in engaging, age-appropriate activities.

Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
-
Supporting children with their personal care needs, including changing nappies.

Creating a safe, caring and inclusive environment.

Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.

Is passionate about the development, care and education of young children.

Is enthusiastic, caring and committed to making a positive difference to children's early years.

Is confident supporting children with all aspects of their personal care.
-
Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is willing to purchase a new Enhanced DBS.

Can provide two years of professional references.

Has a reliable and professional approach to their work.
