The Sales Account Manager will manage and develop customer accounts, build strong relationships with local customers, suppliers and trade clients, and support sales growth at Alam Mini Market Ltd. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, monitoring sales performance, supporting promotions, preparing reports, and helping improve customer retention and business revenue.
**Main job duties will include:**
* Managing and developing customer accounts, including local customers, suppliers and trade clients.
* Identifying new sales opportunities and helping increase business revenue.
* Monitoring sales performance and preparing regular sales reports for management.
* Supporting pricing, promotions and customer retention strategies.
* Building strong relationships with existing customers and developing new business contacts.
* Coordinating with suppliers and internal staff to ensure product availability and smooth business operations.
* Handling customer enquiries professionally and helping resolve account-related issues.
* Analysing customer demand, sales trends and product performance.
* Supporting the overall growth of Alam Mini Market Ltd by improving sales, customer service and business relationships.
Previous experience in a supermarket, grocery, food retail, or similar business would be an advantage, although practical sales/account management experience will also be considered.
