We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, caring & patient Early Years Practitioner to join our team.

Your Role:
- Working alongside other team members to embrace Mendip House's vision and curriculum.
- Creating a rich and enabling environment where children can thrive.
- A Key person to a group of 2-4 year olds.
- Build a positive and trusting bond with both the children and their families.
- Provide meaningful, purposeful and exciting activities.
- Follow Mendip House routines, Policies & Procedures.
- Complete each child's Learning Journal and share with parents.
- Be part of the Senior Leadership Team, with good communication and a "Can do" attitude.
- Supporting the nursery manager in operational excellence and compliance.

Essential: Level 3 or above Qualification in Early Years
Desirable: A willingness to achieve these is essential.

Hours and Pay:
Full time - Tuesday - Friday 8am-6pm
