Summary
We are seeking a Part-time Receptionist to join our dynamic team at VIVA Skin Clinics in Chelsea. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our clinic's operations, contributing to our mission of boosting clients' confidence through personalized aesthetic care.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and emails.
- Support the clinic's daily operations to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to facilitate patient care.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.
- Proven office or administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of skincare or aesthetic industry is a plus.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK TUESDAYS AND SATURDAYS. No exceptions.
