Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Bus Drivers to operate passenger vehicles safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and experience in commercial driving. Qualifications
- Valid driver’s licence showing D1 with a clean driving record.
- Valid drivers qualification card.
- Valid tachograph card.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact courteously with passengers.
- Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required.
- Prior experience in passenger transport or bus driving is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate buses along designated routes, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and roadworthiness.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents during shifts.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tyre pressure, and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Ensure passenger safety by enforcing safety rules and managing behaviour onboard.
- Assist passengers with boarding, alighting, and luggage handling where necessary.
- Follow all company policies and legal requirements related to commercial driving and passenger transport.
