Responsibilities
- Install new roofing systems using a variety of materials and chimney removal and rebuild , launching and pointing
- Repair and replace damaged or aging roofs efficiently, ensuring long-lasting results
- Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or replacements
- Prepare work sites by removing old roofing materials and setting up safety barriers and equipment
- Follow safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all team members
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to coordinate schedules and clarify project requirements
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar roofing installation or repair role
- Knowledge of different roofing materials, techniques, and safety standards
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights comfortably
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
