The Role
As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers, ensuring every customer receives a professional, efficient and friendly experience throughout their journey with us.
You will work closely with our workshop team to coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs, manage customer expectations, and identify opportunities to maximise aftersales performance and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
- Manage service and repair bookings efficiently and professionally
- Accurately maintain customer and vehicle records within the Dealer Management System
- Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure smooth daily operations
- Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and additional work requirements
- Promote additional aftersales products and services where appropriate
- Help drive customer retention, service sales and departmental performance
- Ensure all administration, invoicing and warranty documentation is completed accurately
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within an automotive aftersales/service advisor role is highly desirable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional and confident approach with customers
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy dealership environment
- Good organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude and genuine team-player mentality
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify sales opportunities
- Full UK Driving Licence required

Working Hours
Week 1-2 - Monday – Friday: rotating 8.5-hour shifts between 07:30 – 18:00 (1-hour unpaid break)
Total 42.5 hours per week
Week 3 - Monday – Friday: rotating 8.5-hour shifts between 07:30 – 18:00 (1-hour unpaid break), plus Saturday 08:30 – 12:30
Total 46.5 hours per week
