Salary: Up to £43,000 - £48,000 per annum depending on experience

You'll report to the Operations Manager and own customer projects from start to finish. This customer-facing role combines technical aerospace expertise with stakeholder management in a high-stakes environment.

Deliver projects meeting agreed time, cost, quality, and scope objectives

Act as primary interface with customers and key internal stakeholders

Establish project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery baselines

Report progress, risks, issues, financials, and quality metrics

Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Operations

Manage project change through formal change control processes

Support bid and proposal activities with realistic plans and costs

Lead and develop assigned project team members

Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline

OR proven project management experience of comparable complexity, scale, and risk

Experience in aerospace manufacturing, military/defence, or similarly technical regulated environment

Strong delivery focus with structured project management approach

Excellent planning, prioritisation, and time management skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and professional judgement

Effective communication with strong stakeholder management skills

Commercial and financial awareness

Understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001

Valid Passport

UK Driving Licence

Hold or be able to hold SC clearance
