Role description
Key responsibilities
Gather and analyze requirements Work with stakeholders to collect document and analyze business and system requirements
Conduct analysis Perform market research competitor analysis and process analysis to identify problems inefficiencies and opportunities
Develop solutions Recommend and define solutions to enhance productivity and profitability
Create documentation Prepare detailed reports presentations business cases and requirement specifications Create flowcharts and process documentation
Facilitate communication Act as a liaison between business teams and IT or other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment
Support implementation Assist with solution design testing and implementation phases of projects
Manage projects Help manage project schedules deadlines and deliverables
Data analysis Monitor data quality and perform data analysis to provide insights and support decisionmaking
Essential skills and qualifications
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication both written and oral
Thorough understanding of business processes
Technical aptitude and knowledge of business intelligence tools
Ability to create financial models and conduct variance analysis
Experience with documentation and creating requirement specifications
