Vehicle Technician - Harrow
We are a well-established independent garage in Harrow, providing high-quality vehicle servicing, repairs and diagnostics for a wide range of makes and models. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our friendly and professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and electronic faults using diagnostic equipment.
Perform repairs including brakes, suspension, clutches, timing belts/chains, steering, exhausts and engine components.
Carry out vehicle inspections and identify any additional work required.
Prepare vehicles for MOT testing and carry out MOT repairs where required.
Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
Update digital service records and complete job cards accurately.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean, tidy and organised work area and look after workshop equipment.
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and colleagues regarding vehicle repairs and progress.
Experience:
