What You’ll Do

Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment

Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

Forecast and track key account metrics

Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.

Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
Experience You’ll Bring
Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Account Management, or Business Development on enterprise level, ideally within Healthcare, HealthTech, SaaS, or IT solutions within healthcare sector with a established network within the NHS or broader UK healthcare sector.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proven success managing and growing strategic healthcare accounts, including NHS Trusts, ICSs, and other healthcare organisations.
Experience selling mobility, endpoint management, cybersecurity, or healthcare technology solutions.
Strong understanding of the UK healthcare landscape, NHS procurement processes, and key decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through account expansion, cross-selling, upseling, and customer retention.
Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills, self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
