We Are Expanding
Due to service growth, we are looking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic and compassionate team to support our children and young people.
We are seeking individuals who:
- Have experience working with children or young people
- Understand the impact of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs)
- Are passionate about delivering therapeutic, consistent and nurturing support
- Can build positive, trusting relationships
- Work well within a team and alongside other professionals
- Are flexible, including shifts and sleep-ins
This aligns with our existing expectation that staff demonstrate a strong understanding of mental health, therapeutic care, and relationship-based support, working collaboratively to meet young people’s needs.
The Role
As a Residential Practitioner, you will:
- Support young people in a parenting role, providing day-to-day care
- Promote emotional wellbeing, independence and life skills
- Work closely with colleagues, families and external agencies
- Follow safeguarding procedures and uphold high standards of care
- Contribute to a safe, nurturing and structured home environment
- This position involves shift work, 24 hours (sleep-in) weekends and public holidays.

Requirements
- Experience working within children’s services, care or a related field
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Willingness to undertake PVG and SSSC registration
