Summary
We are seeking to employ several Field Care Supervisors to join Blossom Home
Care for the Beverley and East of Yorkshire District.
Based in the local community, you will play a vital role in overseeing our care teams
and ensuring the delivery of exceptional, personalized care that aligns with our
mission of holistic wellbeing.
This role will be partially Office Based with 1 day a week in the office in York and the remainder of your time will be out in the care field. . You will be
required to work alternate weekends. Share of on call duties (paid extra) with the other office staff
Responsibilities
Supervise and support care staff to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Oversee the implementation and review of individual care plans.
Coordinate daily operations within the assigned region.
Foster strong communication between clients, families, and care teams.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
Monitor service quality and implement improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Qualifications

Leadership and communication skills desirable.
Valid driving license is essential.
Experience with care plans and elderly support is desirable.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to home care.
