Successful applicants will be contracted to one primary locality; however, in line with the needs of the business, there may be occasions where you'll be required to provide support in another area.

About the Role
As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supporting our care teams, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered and helping our clients receive the exceptional service they deserve.
This is a varied role that combines office-based responsibilities with regular travel throughout your allocated area to support clients and care professionals in the community.
You will be contracted to work within one of our service areas (Beverley, Harrogate or York and the surrounding areas). However, to support the wider needs of the business, flexibility to work across other areas when required is essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising, supporting and mentoring Care Assistants in the community.
- Conducting spot checks, observations and competency assessments.
- Completing client reviews and ensuring care plans remain accurate and person-centred.
- Supporting the implementation and review of individual care plans.
- Building positive relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring service quality and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, CQC standards and health and safety legislation.
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
- Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of care services.
- Participating in the shared on-call rota (paid in addition to your salary).
Hours & Working Pattern
- Full-Time, Permanent position.
- A combination of office-based and community-based working.
- You will be required to attend our York office as part of your role.
- Alternate weekend working is required.
- Participation in the shared on-call rota is required (additional payment provided).

Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have the legal right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Have access to their own vehicle with business insurance, as regular travel between clients and care staff is essential.
- Be willing to travel throughout their allocated area and, when required, provide support across our other service areas.
- Be confident using IT systems for documentation and communication.
Desirable Experience
While not essential, we'd particularly like to hear from applicants who have:
- Experience working within domiciliary or community care.
- Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting care staff.
- Knowledge of care planning and person-centred care.
- An understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience supporting older people and adults with additional care needs.
