Responsibilities

- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and seamless service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, ingredients, and supplies; place orders as needed to prevent shortages.
- Train new team members on serving techniques, safety procedures, and hospitality best practices.
