Beauty Therapist – Level 3

We’re looking for an experienced, confident and friendly Level 3 Beauty Therapist to join our team at All About Me.
Established in 2012, All About Me is an independent skin and beauty salon in Worcester. We offer a wide range of professional beauty and advanced skin treatments, with a strong focus on excellent client care, high standards and creating a welcoming environment for both our clients and team.
The role
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, confident with clients and takes genuine pride in their work.
You’ll be carrying out a varied treatment menu, which may include:
- Gel manicures and pedicures
- Waxing
- Brows and lashes
- Facials and skin treatments
- Massage
- Other Level 2 and 3 beauty treatments
Training in our specific brands, products and treatment protocols will be provided where required.

About you
You’ll need to:
- Hold a recognised Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
- Have previous salon experience
- Be confident carrying out a range of beauty treatments
- Have excellent attention to detail and high treatment standards
- Be warm, professional and comfortable building relationships with clients
- Be reliable, organised and able to work as part of a busy team
- Have a genuine interest in beauty, skin and continued learning
- Be comfortable recommending appropriate treatments and homecare to clients
Experience with Environ, advanced skin treatments, intimate waxing, BIAB or e-file would be an advantage, but isn't essential as additional training can be provided.
Working at All About Me
We’re a busy, established salon with a loyal client base and a friendly team. We want someone who is looking for a long-term position and wants to grow with the business.
You'll have opportunities to develop your skills, undertake further training and work with professional brands and advanced skin technology.
Hours & working pattern
This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, and we’re happy to discuss hours with the right candidate.
Rather than advertising a fixed number of hours, we’d like to find the right person first and agree a working pattern that works for both you and the salon.
The role will include Saturdays and at least one late evening, so applicants must be available for these shifts.

Pay & rewards
Your hourly rate will be based on your experience, skills and the treatments you're confident performing.
Alongside your basic hourly rate, we offer additional earning opportunities through retail commission, performance incentives and team rewards, so there are plenty of opportunities to increase your overall earnings.
