Responsibilities:
- Keep the kitchen clean, hygienic, and organised
- Support the kitchen staff in food preparation and service
- Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Manage inventory and storage of food and kitchen supplies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen porter role or a related field
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to kitchen operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
