Children’s Overnight Support Worker – Full Time
Join our Swansea team supporting children with disabilities and their families, providing vital overnight and daycare that gives parents the chance to rest and recharge. This is meaningful, hands-on work where no two shifts are the same.
You’ll be supporting children with a range of complex needs, including neurodiversity (such as autism and ADHD), physical disabilities, and other additional needs, building trust, providing reassurance, and helping them feel safe and supported in their own home.

What you’ll do:
- Provide overnight (waking night) support in the child’s home
- Provide day support to children within their home and the community
- Support children safely while parents may or may not be present
- Respond to individual needs with patience, care, and confidence
- Support children with activities in the community where appropriate
What we’re looking for:
- A caring, reliable, and proactive approach
- Confidence supporting children with additional and complex needs
- Full driving licence (essential)
Pay: £14.00-£14.90 per hour
